Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from Rheingau, Germany. A cuvee of various estate vineyards in Rheingau, with the typical loess clay soils. Classified VDP.Gutsweine

Taste Profile: A typical Rheingauer Riesling. Juicy, with enormous versatility, coupled with a pleasantly harmonious acidity.

Winemaking Process: Selected fruit is hand harvested, destemmed & crushed for several hours before pressing. Aging in stainless steel tank. After maturation on lees, for about half a year, it is bottled
