Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France. Grapes grow on a plot located in the town of Comblanchien famous for its stone quarries

Taste Profile: Bouquet of ripe fruit, cherry and prunes, with spicier notes as it ages. Powerful on the palate with notes of red fruits and spices

Winemaking Process: Hand harvested. Destemmed. Aged in barrels (30% new)
