Chase Oak Aged Sloe & Mulberry Gin
Rich, bold, and with a long, deep finish, Chase Sloe Gin is made from sloe berries gently macerated in their gin. Its luscious fruitiness combined with juniper and a balanced tartness makes for a delicious flavour profile.
Nose: Intense notes of sloe berries & juniper
Palatte: Smooth & rich mouthfeel with a hint of plummy stone fruit & fresh sloe. Warming
Finish: Long finish with deep undertones
Use it to make a Royale (with sparkling wine) or as a Negroni
