Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Garnacha Blanca from Carinena in Aragon, Spain. D.O.P. Cariñena, North-east of Spain. Altitude from 600 to 800 meters, Continental Mediterranean climate, scarce rainfall below 250 liters, cold and dry wind called Cierzo. Rocky and poor soils.
Taste Profile: The nose is very intense, with white floral aromas, hints of aromatic herbs and citrus. The fruit is ripe and exotic (passion fruit and grapefruit). The aging makes the wine perform balanced and complex. In the mouth the wine is mouthfilling, elegant and fruit forward. It has an outstanding balance between its freshness and structure. The aftertaste is long and rich.
Winemaking Process: This layered varietal white has been aged 2 months in French oak barrels on lees.
