Grape varietal & region: The Castello Monterinaldi The Purple Turtle Toscana 2019 is a Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino grapes.

Taste profile: It offers a deep purple color and aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry, and spices. On the palate, it is elegant and well-structured with smooth tannins and a persistent finish.

Winemaking process: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a traditional vinification process with a long maceration on the skins. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels to add complexity and depth.
