Grape Varietals & Region: This wine is made exclusively from Garnacha grapes, which are known for their bold and aromatic characteristics. The vineyards are located in the stunning region of Costers del Segre in Catalonia, Spain, where the Mediterranean climate and diverse terroir contribute to the unique expression of the grapes. Soils are predominantly gravel & loam.
Taste Profile: Cervoles Celler Garnatxa delights the senses with its vibrant and expressive flavors. It exhibits enticing aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, and floral notes, accompanied by subtle hints of spice. Winemaking Process: The harvest is carried out manually. Once it arrives at the winery, it is destemmed and then goes through cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation has ended, some of the wine remains in these deposits and some satys in 4000-litre oak barrels.
