Alibrianza Andrero '88 Ottantotto Filari' Perricone Nero d'Avola 2020

Grape Varietals & Region: Perricone 80%, Nero d’Avola 20%, from vineyards in the area of Salemi (Trapani) Sicily, Italy. The grapes are grown on clay & loam soils.

Taste Profile: The blending of these two autochthonous Sicilian grapes provides in intense & deep red wine with fruty yet spicy aromas, with elegant notes of vanilla. Full-bodied, complete, absorbing taste, with elegant tannins on the finish. The Perricone adds fruitiness & softness to the masculine Nero d'Avola

Winemaking process: Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 days of peel maceration, followed by 12 months of aging
