Lupe Cholet's Bourgogne Pinot Noir Comte De Lupe Rouge 2020 is a beautifully balanced and elegant wine with subtle aromas of red berries, earthy notes and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with silky tannins and a long, smooth finish.

This wine is made using traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques, with hand-harvested grapes carefully sorted and destemmed before undergoing natural fermentation with wild yeasts. It is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, adding complexity and depth to the final product.
