Taste Profile: This small batch Margaret River Chardonnay displays a lifted bouquet of nectarine, nougat and orange blossom along with flinty complexities abound on the nose. The palate has freshness and complexity with a saline acidity complementing complex notes of brioche dough and roasted cashews. Barrel fermentation and time on lees has provided depth and texture to this bright, fresh, flavourful wine.
