Description

Momento Mori Amphora Releases Ribolla Gialla Fiano 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: Composed of roughly 70% Ribolla and 30% Fiano this wine came from 2 small pots.

Taste Profile: This is an orange wine in every sense of the word. It has structure, depth and purity in spades. There is an ethereal nature that clay adds to wines and this cuvee displays that character clearly. Approx 600 bottles made

Winemaking Process: The fruit was co-fermented in stainless and spent approx 2 months on skins before being pressed and transferred to the clay. It spent about 18 months in the amphora’s before being bottled by hand directly from each vessel.
