BK Wines Carte Blanche White 2021 is a beautifully complex and balanced wine that showcases the best of Adelaide Hills.

Grape Varietals & Region: This blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay is a true expression of the region's unique terroir and winemaking style.

Taste Profile: The Sauvignon Blanc adds bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors, while Pinot Gris brings a soft, floral note to the wine. The Chardonnay adds a depth of flavor and a creamy texture that rounds out the wine beautifully.

Winemaking Process: The grapes are hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, with minimal intervention in the winemaking process. The wine is aged on lees for added texture and complexity, resulting in a wine that is both refreshing and satisfying.
