Grape Varietals & Region: 40% Touriga Nacional, 40% Touriga Francesa, 10% Tinta Roriz, 10% Tinto Cao from the Douro Valley, Portugal

Taste Profile: An accessible young LBV that is ready to drink now and continue developing for some years. Deep rich ruby color with intense nose of crushed berries and red fruits. Rich and elegant on the palate with spice, raisins and red fruit flavours. Lovely balanced with a velvety but firm tannic structure that's leads to a luscious long finish. ldeally served as an accompaniment to cheese, dessert, or on its own at the end of a meal.

Winemaking Process: Grapes are trodden by foot and fermented in lagares under temperature control. It ages for 5 years in old wooden vats before bottling
