IL CANOVINO TERRA MIA ROSSO VERONESE IGT 2019
Il Canovino Terra Mia Rosso is elegant and complex. Deep ruby red colour. Delicate, fruity bouquet of sour cherries and hints of cedarwood. Dry and harmonious palate with soft tannins.Blend of 50% Corvina Veronese and 50% Merlot. The organically grown grapes come from Il Canovino's hillside vineyards.
IL CANOVINO AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG
Intense ruby red colour with violet edge. Warm, spicy, powerful bouquet with intense aromas of cherry, bitter almond and vanilla. Full, rich, velvety flavour. Traditionally served with game, braised, meats and fully matured cheeses. Generally considered a wine for meditation, it is great after-dinner. It should be opened one hour before meals. Recommended drinking temperature 17-18 °C.

Corvina Veronese 40%, Corvinone Veronese 40%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 5%. Manual selection and harvest. Intense red garnet colour. Fine ethereal, fruity fragrant, fresh bouquet.Velvet smooth, rich cherry sweet taste. The wine obtained by pressing ages in 30hl Slavonia oak barrels for 12 months. Further evolution on its own yeast for the next 12 months. Further 12 months aging in bottle. Traditional dessert wine: Ideal with local pastries such as pastafrolla, chocolate, almond biscuits. Excellent pairing also with strawberries and red fruits.
