Budureasca Origini Feteasca Neagra 2018

Fetească Neagră is the iconic red grape in Romania, the name means Black Maiden. This Feteasca Neagra is made from vines which are over 30 years old.

This wine is inky purple in the glass, with aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, black plum and vanilla. It is balanced on the palate, offering flavors of black raspberry, cherry and baking spice. The wine has slightly grippy tannins and a pleasant acidic finish.

Shouldered & Powerful Reds

Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.

They often have notes of forest floor, blackcurrant, mint & eucalyptus
