Description

Patrice Beguet Big Bunch Theory Fresh Impression Rouge 2021

Each quirky and colourful label from this series has been painted by artist and illustrator Aya Sato. The Big Bunch Theory is part of his negociant series, where he partners with other winery in various regions of France to create an experimental natural.

Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Grenache, Gamay, Trousseau. From various regions of France. 40% Grenache Noir from Claude Ughetoo (Provence) - 50% Gamay from Domaine Landron Chartier (Loire-Atlantique) and 10% Trousseau, from Patrice's vineyards.

Taste Profile: An intriguing and playful nose of savoury edged red berries and cherry that flirt with celery salt, smokey bacon and hibiscus. The palate is always fresh and bright in this wine. A little spice and burst of juicy red fruit, rose, goji berry, jasmine and hibiscus. Light, fresh and dangerously drinkable!

Winemaking Process: Indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, the 20% of the mass does carbonic maceration, the 80% steel. No added sulphur dioxide nor filtrations or clarifications
