Tentaka Umakara Futsushu
Triple certified Organic Junmai from Tochigi Prefecture brewed using Organic Gohyakumangoku rice.
This sake is a discreet and has delicate nose, on cereals and dried fruits. Half dry, rich unami refreshes the palate with a slight bitter finish. With Bright aromas of banana, melon and a touch of grapefruit. Complex, smooth texture; banana, caramel and coconuts bound together with a cleansing acidity. Still youthful but great poise and an umami mid-palate with a smooth mouthfeel and a long-lasting pure finish.
Award-winning Futsu-Shu that showcases the traditional taste of sake. Enjoy either chilled or warmed.
