Description

Marques De Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Grape Varietals & Region: Despite the label, it's a 86.5% Cabernet Sauvignon blend, with small compositions of Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. The fruit comes from Maipo Valley, which is a unique place from the influence of the Andes Mountains and the composition of its soils that makes this valley a place with tremendous potential for producing high-quality wines

Taste Profile: Deep red with lush cherry, black currant, and blackberry aromas with a touch of tar and smoke. The texture is smooth—almost silky—and masks the firm tannic structure that lies below and only appears on the lingering finish.

Winemaking Process: Post maceration, the wine is aged for 16 months in 25% French oak, of which 40% are foudres.
