Swartland Clairette blanche - in celebration of the work Julia Blaine did for BLANKBOTTLE over the past 5 years as their assistant winemaker.

Grape Varietals & Region: Don't Look Back is a limited-production wine made from 100% Clairette grapes sourced from the Swartland region.

Taste Profile: Its unique flavor profile boasts a light, chalky texture with notes of white peppercorns, freshly chopped green pepper, and hints of aniseed and semi-dried pineapple. The wine's finish is long and zesty, reminiscent of lemon bonbons and sherbet.

Winemaking Process: With only 288 bottles produced for this vintage, Don't Look Back is a true micro-cuvée that offers a rare and highly sought-after tasting experience.
