Cellers Can Blau 'Mas de Can Blau' 2014

Grape Varietals & Region: 35% Mazuelo, 35% Syrah, 30% Garnacha, from D.O. Montsant, Spain. Produced from a small selection of estate vines 35-50 years old, located at about 2,000 feet along the sloping sides of the Sierra de Montsant.

Taste Profile: Dark cherry colour. It pursues the balance between warm notes of macerated fruits and remembrance of the soil. On the palate it is full, concentrated, rich, overpassed but not excessive. 

Winemaking Process: Each varietal is hand-harvested and fermented separately before being transferred to new French oak barrels for 18 months of aging
