Description

Kunoh Narcissus 2021

Kunoh Narcissus is a natural New Zealand wine created by Yuki Nakano. 

50% Viognier, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir. The fruit for this wine comes from Upper Moutere in New Zealand. 

Taste Profile: Honeysuckle, brioche, a touch of mead, round and nicely concentrated, with fresh finish. Made by Yuki Nakano a former Sommelier from Kyoto's top restaurants, now working on New Zealand's south island.

Winemaking Process: The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately. Viognier and Sauvignon blanc are barrel fermented and aged in barrels for 6 months, and then in steel for 3 months, total of 9 months. The Pinot noir part is direct pressed (blanc de noirs) and added to the blend. No filtration, fining and no additives.
