Kabaj Pet Nat Corvus Red 2020 is a natural and organic sparkling red wine made from the indigenous Corvus grape variety grown in the Goriška Brda region of Slovenia. This pet-nat is created using the ancestral method of fermentation in the bottle, which adds complexity and depth of flavor to the wine.

On the nose, this pet-nat exudes a fruity and floral aroma with notes of juicy red berries and cherries, hints of violet and rose, and a subtle earthiness. Ancestral Method

Also known as Petillant Naturel, it's the oldest version of sparkling wine making, and involves bottling the wine before fermentation has finished. A single fermentation is applied, trapping carbon dioxide to create natural carbonation.
This results in a little less control, and wines can sometimes come across a less refined compare to the traditional champagne method, and sometimes tends to have a slightly more beer-ish or cider-ish taste
