Description

Weingut Esterhazy's Estoras Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a refreshing and vibrant wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Leithaberg region of Austria. The wine is crisp and bright with lively citrus and tropical fruit notes, as well as a mineral undertone that speaks to its origin.

Leitha limestone with clay and sand deposits. Employs biodynamic and organic practices in the vineyard, and the grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure only the highest quality fruit is used. Approximately 20% of the quantity 5 days cold maceration - spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and concrete egg - 5 months on the fine yeast
