Gosnells Sour Mead
This is truly a labour of love and has taken years to perfect. Their answer to a sour beer, they blend together a soured mead with a sweeter mead to get the perfect juxtaposition of flavours, a bit like a lambic-style.
Their Sour has complex layers of flavour with a puckering sourness and honey notes. It is moreish and well balanced.
Sour is an acid to sweet flavour profile, think Tangfastics and boiled sweets with a touch of orange. ZINGERRRRRR
