Rokkon Gineboshi Junmai Ginjo
Rokkon Gineboshi Junmai Ginjo is a new variety of sake rice developed in Aomori Prefecture ; using Gineboshi rice which is 50% polished and brewed using the prefecture's yeast.
This Junmai Ginjo sake has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth texture that blends the sweetness and sourness of soft, clear rice, and a happy aftertaste.

Matsumidori Brewery began in the Edo period as a shubo manufacturer selling to the sake brewers in the Tsugaru area. Matsumidori Brewery turned to sake brewing in 1904 and was incorporated as a joint stock company in 1959.
