Bojador Wine Espumante NV
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Arinto from the Alentejo region of Portugal
Taste Profile: Champagne method that is full of round tropical and citrus notes with apple peel quite prominent. Citrus green colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good freshness and minerality.
Winemaking Process: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats. Second alcoholic fermentation in bottle at controlled temperatures. Disgorgement after staging for nine months on lees.
