Genius Y Locus Branco 2018

Genius Y Locus Branco connects vineyard and earth to give you true expression of a specific place. Lemon green colour. Opens with a very elegant and fresh bouquet. The structured palate is at once thin and voluminous, with a present acidity persisting beyond each sip.

Blend of Alvarinho, Fernão-Pires, Verdelho and Arinto. The fruit comes from vines growing under the influence of a Mediterranean climate in the quartz-diorite with red clay soils of the Alentejo region in Portugal.

Manual harvesting of the fruit in 20kg boxes, then crushing and pressing. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel.

Lush & Tropical Whites

Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
