Chateau De Corcelles Beaujolais Blanc AOP 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Beaujolais, France.

Taste Profile: It has a light golden color. A first floral nose evolves towards a complex bouquet mixing exotic fruits (lychee) and roasted hazelnuts. Faithful to its “Chardonnay” grape variety, it delivers a mineral and chiseled, rounded by a honeyed texture, then ends with a finish delicately woody and long persistence.

Winemaking Process: A harvest at optimal maturity, a vinification at controlled temperature to ensure slow fermentation to bring roundness and complexity. Partly aged in oak barrels.

Buttery & Honeyed Whites

Full-bodied fruit and spice, often with the ability to age. This style usually relies on new oak to impart vanilla driven characteristics. Malolactic fermentation & on lees ageing also contributes to the texture
