Chalari Wines Riesling 2023

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from Albany, in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. It comes from the organically grown Oranje Tractor vineyard

Taste Profile: Pale lemon in color, it has a highly perfumed noes of of lemon and apple blossom, pink grapefruit, lime zest, finger lime, lemongrass, lemon sherbet with talc and bath salt minerals. On the palate, lemon sherbet, lime cordial, lemongrass, cinnamon, rock salt-like minerality, lively acidity, enhanced texture and exceptional length.

Winemaking Process: Wild fermented, whole bunch pressed stainless steel amphorae (egg) with 5 months lees contact, bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimum sulphites
