Grape Varietals & Region: The grapes are from the Gouveio varietal, traditionally planted in the cool and upper slopes of the Alto Douro region

Taste Profile: It is a sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent bubble that releases a very fresh and elegant aroma. Lush and caressing on first taste, this turns very crisp with considerable bite on the long lasting finish.

Winemaking Process: Made in the traditional champenois method, it is aged on lees for 7 years before disgorgement
