Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Garnacha Blanca from over 50 year old vineyards in La Bodegaza region of Zaragoza in Aragon, Spain.

Taste Profile: With fresh and fruity aromas, its citrus notes and toasted touches of French oak give life to an authentic and seductive experience. Ideal for pairing with delicacies, this wine is a jewel that captures the essence of our region.

Winemaking Process: After a manual harvest, the fruit is cooled and destemmed. The grapes undergo 2 days of skin maceration to create structure, and fermentation occurs spontaneously with wild yeasts in French oak barrels

Lush & Tropical Whites

Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
