Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Hondarrabi Beltza from the Getariako Txakolina region of Pais Vasco, Spain. Txomin is one of the most prevalent winemakers in the Basque Country, they were one of the major drivers of setting up the DOs within Pais Vasco
Taste Profile: Pale pink with fine floral aromas. Fine and persistent carbonic acid and on the palate it is fruity, fresh and round. Good acidity and pale yellow color.
Winemaking Process: Traditional Champagne method winemaking, with 3 years of bottle ageing
