Partida Creus UL is a wine of structure and depth. Opens with a vibrant and fruity red cherry nose. The light to medium-bodied palate has dusty tannins, fresh acidity and wonderful length with plenty of pep in its step. Core of dark fruit flavours that dances with soft herbs and hints of mint.
Top Tip: Drink it lightly chilled but not too cold!
100% Ull de Llebre/Tempranillo. Ull de Llebre is an old indigenous Catalan clone of Tempranillo and is very much the antithesis of what you'll find to the west in Rioja. The fruit comes from several vineyards around the winery in Penedès.
Carbonic fermentation with native yeasts. Bottling without fining, filtering or additional sulphurs.
