Creation Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines grown on decomposed Bokkeveld shale on clay-loam soils from the Hemel de Aarde valley in South Africa

Taste Profile: Alluring aromas of elderflower, papaya, cassis, passion fruit and kumquat. On the palate clean minerality rules

Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks with a further 3 months on the fine lees.
