Thanks to the teachings of Patrick Meyer, a legendary Alsatian vigneron, theirs is a totally biodynamic approach that allows them to create natural wines without any additions.
Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Portugieser & Dornfelder from Rheinhessen, Germany. The vineyards are distributed in various plots at Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Monsheim and Kriegsheim.
Taste Profile: Rose and violet, berries, undergrowth and mineral notes. Light-bodied, medium-bodied taste with good tannin and persistence
Winemaking process: Portugieser and Dornfelder are pressed following a few hours maceration and left to rest in fiberglass tanks on the gross lees. Unfiltered with a total of 15 mg/L sulfur added at bottling.
