Trois Rivières Single Cask Millésime 2000
This 15-year-old rum has aged in a unique cask, a rare new oak cask from the Appalachians. Intense, elegant and complex, it presents notes of dried fruits, precious woods and spices. You can savor a long and fruity finish.
Nose: spices followed by powerful aromas of grey pepper, cinnamon and cloves
Palate: lots of spices including pepper, cloves and cinnamon
Finish: spicy with a variety of herbs, roasted wood and mint
