Vines were planted in 2008, on a 1-hectare plot at 300 metres above sea level, with east exposure and clay-limestone soil. Trebbiano entered the estate's vineyards relatively recently, born from the will to pay a small tribute to this grape so important to Abruzzese tradition. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTaste Profile:\u003c\/strong\u003e A golden straw yellow colour. The nose opens with intense and elegant aromas of yellow flowers, acacia, and broom, enriched with hints of yellow pulp fruit and notes of chamomile and star anise typical of the variety. On the palate it is surprisingly fresh and pleasant, with good persistence. A medium-structured white wine, rich and expressive, matured in steel and acacia barrels. The bouquet of white flowers, yellow fruit, and spices invites a sip that is very fresh, savoury, and mineral, with persistent notes of aromatic herbs. In the mouth, the freshness of the acidity surprises, making the wine well suited to fresh cheeses and preparations of fish and white meats. Ideal alongside fatty fish, white meats, or fresh cheeses. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWinemaking Process:\u003c\/strong\u003e Cold maceration on the skins for a few days, followed by fermentation in steel with 20% in acacia tonneau. The wine then ages 11 months on the fermentation lees in the same fermentation containers. After fermentation, carried out in barriques, the wine ages for 9 months on its lees — partly in steel and partly in acacia barrels — followed by 12 months of bottle ageing before release.
