This sake has a gorgeous fruity aroma with juicy yet elegant notes of apple and grapefruit. The palate has vibrant acidity that balances out the wine's sweetness, making it a sake you can enjoy throughout the night.
Made with rare and premium Akaiwa Omachi sake rice from Okayama that has a polish rate of 50%. Pasteurised twice.
Fun Fact: Nakadori is the middle part of the sake pressing considered to be of the highest quality.
