Description

Ibaraki Tokumasamune Ginjo Miyamanishiki

This bottle of Tokumasamune Ginjo Miyamanishiki is brewed with a new type of yeast that was developed in synchronisation with Tokyo University of Agriculture.
Using this type no.9 yeast, the ginjo is slightly less acidic and is well-balanced with a deep richness, while maintaining its light and refreshing taste. This is a rich and bright sake that is easy to drink, even if you’re new to sake. A versatile bottle that goes well with a variety of Japanese dishes. Whether you're in for shabu-shabu, sukiya or sashimi, this is the bottle you should reach out to.
