Tinazzi Opera N°3 2019

A bottle as dramatic as any of the best opera can be *cues intro to Phantom of the Opera*.

Tinazzi Opera N°3 has an opaque, dark red and its aroma is layered with mature red fruits and interwoven with spice and oak. It envelopes the palate with nice, warm spicy notes with hints of chocolate and liquorice. A dramatic and impressive harmony of the most famous Italian vine varieties all in one bottle. The bouquet has great strength and intensity with a good balance. Slightly chewy tannins leading into a dry, savoury, spicy and persistent finish.

A blend of the famous Italian vine – 40% Corvina Veronese from Verona, 30% Primitivo di Manduria from Puglia and 30% Nero Avola from Sicily. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation and maceration process lasted for 10 -15 days at a controlled temperature of 20 – 24°C. The maturation took place in oak barrels.

The Tinazzi family has been producing wines in Veneto and Puglia for over 50 years and is the ambassador of Made In Italy quality in the world. The colours and flavours from these regions at the two opposite poles of this beautiful country merge into every glass. This is what makes this bottle so special - a taste of different parts of Italy, all in one bottle.
