Description
Tenuta La Viola Bolleggio Bianco 2021
Tenuta La Viola Bolleggio Bianco is a light and pleasant organic sparkling wine perfect for the carefree people. Fresh citrus nose. Sapid, enveloping and well-balanced in the mouth with plenty of bubbles.
100% Pinot Noir. The fruit comes from directly cultivated vineyards in Emilia Romagna on the rolling hills of Bertinoro. The proximity of the Adriatic on one side and the Tosco-Romagnolo apennines on the other, create unparalleled conditions for a unique microclimate, caressed daily by gentle breezes. The vines grow in soils that are clayey, rich in limestone and ancient marine sediments, like shells and sand.
An organic wine made using the ancestral Pet Nat (Pétillant Naturel) methods. Careful selection and handpicking of the grapes. Upon arrival at the cellar, alcoholic fermentation without skins at controlled temperature. A part of the must was frozen immediately and returns to referment in the bottle and produce bubbles. Refining in bottle for at least 4 months.
