Description

Tentaka Hachimitsu No Osake (Honey Mead)

Tentaka's mead is the brewing alcohol by fermenting honey with Japanese sake yeast. Honey fermented with Nihonshu yeast, “Hachimitsu-no-osake(mead)”, and “Spicy “Moromi”(Spicy Malt Paste)” made with ginjo brewing technique. Consist of honey and rice koji (domestic rice)
Fresh sweetness and mild sourness is very unique. Sweet notes of honey with a soft texture of sake complemented by a dry refreshing finish. Amber colour excites us like as gold. Particularly very popular among South East Countries.
Delectably refreshing. Best enjoyed Chilled. Try with ice or soda and be surprised!
Volume: 200ml
Tentaka Shuzo, Co., Ltd is certified as an organic brewery by Japan, the United States, and European Union.
