Description
Takara Shirakabegura Daiginjo Muroka Genshu
Takara Shirakabegura Daiginjo Muroka Genshu exudes an unequivocal bouquet of melon, green apple and other tropical fruits. The palate has a medium to full body, a pleasant neutral sweetness and crisp acidity. Flavours of melon and green apple emerge to the fore, with subtle hints of apricot and black sugar in the background. The wine has incredible depth to its character, no doubt from its unfiltered and undiluted nature.

Undiluted (genshu) and non-micro filtered (muroka), this daiginjo is made purely with the highly sought after Gohyakumangoku sake rice. The rice is polished to 50% of its original size. The wine has a depth that only unfiltered brews can offer.
