Rokkon Sapphire Junmai Ginjo
A Japanese Sake that balances strong acid and brings together the savory taste that is the hallmark of gorgeousness. The characteristic delicious umami flavor of the Hanaomoi rice is balanced with a pleasant tartness. The full flavor and crisp, persistent tail are particularly well suited for enjoying with Western cuisines and Western style stronger flavored foods.
