Description
Paladin Primo Rosso Spumante NV
From Veneto Italy, this bubbly Primo Rosso presents a bright dark ruby color (not light pink, not flamingo pink, RED RUBY!). The kicker, is the pink foam and persistent streams of fine small bubbles. Not coarse and rough but smoooooth and soft like a baby's butt.
Sweet, medium to full , It isn't as dry as most Cava or Prosecco. Fruity nose with floral overtones accompanied hints of honey and berry fruit accentuated by the bubbles, we are giggling just thinking about it. Elegantly crafted, balanced, easy to enjoy on its own or paired with light desserts. The girls and I dug into an apple crumble with this bottle and let's just say we're feeling pretty guilty about it the day after.
