Miyoshi Hana 20-21 Junmai Daiginjo Namazume
Miyoshi Hana 20-21 Junmai Daiginjo Namazume is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo from 2020 and 2021. Gorgeous, rich fruit-like umami and gentle sweetness.
The MIYOSHI brand is the sake of Abunotsuru brewery in Hagi city. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice from Yamaguchi prefecture. The rice for 2020 was polished to 50% whilst 2021 was polished to 44%. A pure rice Daiginjo that isn't charcoal-filtered and pasteurised twice before shipping (namazume).
