 Maboroshinotaki Junmaiginjo Sake

The Maboroshi no Taki Junami Ginjo sake was made using the natural spring water from Kurobe River, which creates a light and sharp flavor. It has a clear pouring with flecks of yellow, this sake is gently earthy on the nose. Awarded Gold medals of ‘sake best served with wine glass’ for three years consecutively.
The characteristic of the rice is its mouthful sweetness of rice. It has crisp pear opening aromas accompanied with white rice, tofu, milkweed.  On the palate, it’s juicy and fleshy, with notes of yellow pear. It is delicate and has a clean finish.
Best enjoyed chilled. Pairs well with tempura and sashimi sushi
