Maboroshinotaki Daiginjo
The MaboroshinoTaki Daiginjo sake was brewed with spring water that is full of mineral. This sake has a firm flavor but light texture. Brewed by the master Kuwabara Toshiaki,and polished by Prof Yamada-Nishiki, who is the “King of rice for Sake”. This creates a soft and elegant but firm, dry taste, with a hint of fruity ginjyo aroma.
