Fresh and elegant rather than oaky. 13.5% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWinemaking Process:\u003c\/strong\u003e Co-fermented with about 20% whole bunches, macerated gently for two weeks, then aged 10 months in concrete and large foudres. She apprenticed with neighbours Abel Mendoza and Maite Fernández in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and launched her label in 2019, growing from a few hundred bottles to about 13,000.
