Lifted aromatics continue to be the hallmark of their Supernatural Pinot Noir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eA delicate palate with chewy tannins and always present plush fruit spectrum. Vibrant natural acidity keeps the flavours singing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWinemaking Process: \u003c\/strong\u003eFruit was picked based on clonal ripeness. Ferments were encouraged to begin spontaneously by our native yeast population. This slow take off allowed for natural cold soaking to occur. The vats were hand plunged daily until just dry, when they were drained, pressed, and put down to seasoned French oak barrels.
