Gekkeikan Tokubetsu Junmai Premium is THE sake of Kyoto, Japan's ancient capital city. Served it chilled or at room temperature to admire and indulge in the delicate fruity aroma and clean palate that characterise this Tokubetsu Junmai sake.

This Premium Tokubetsu Junmai is made with Iwai rice, a variety of sake brewing rice only grown in the Kyoto Prefecture. The rice is polished to 60% of its original size. the ingredients to this sake's creation are Iwai rice, the pristine water of Fushimi, and Gekkeikan's skill and dedication to perfection.
